Dr Mikhail Sarofim is a specialist gynaecologist with a focus on minimally invasive surgery for complex gynaecological conditions. He provides expert care for women experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain, and endometriosis.

Dr Sarofim is the only surgeon on the Gold Coast—and one of very few in Australia—to have completed both an AGES-accredited advanced laparoscopic fellowship and a dedicated robotic surgery fellowship. With formal training in both approaches, he offers highly specialised care for patients requiring advanced excision of endometriosis, including deep infiltrating disease.
